An exciting opportunity to join a rural dispensing practice in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. We are looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic GP to work two sessions per week (Fridays preferred), with additional flexibility to provide holiday cover for the GP partner.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to a list of approximately 1,600 patients in a remote rural setting.
• Work independently as the sole GP on duty during regular sessions, supported remotely as required.
• Manage a broad range of clinical presentations, including acute and chronic conditions.
• Contribute to the wider practice team and support a collaborative, patient-centred ethos.
• Participate in holiday cover for the existing GP partner, with flexibility around availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in acute or emergency medicine would be advantageous, but is not essential.
• Enthusiasm, clinical competence, and a commitment to rural general practice are key requirements.
