A prominent NHS family practice in Greater London is seeking a committed part-time Salaried GP to join a multi-disciplinary team for 4 to 5 sessions per week. The practice focuses on delivering compassionate care to approximately 4,800 diverse patients. Candidates should be GMC registered and experienced in a GP surgery. The Allendale Road Surgery, is a well-established, high performing NHS practice serving a diverse community of around 4,800 patients. We are a friendly, supportive teaching practice with a strong multi-disciplinary team and a passion for delivering excellent, compassionate care.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed part-time Salaried GP, to join our dedicated clinical team for 4 to 5 sessions per week. You will be supported by an experienced group of GPs, pharmacists, advanced nurse practitioner, nurses, pharmacy technician, HCAs and administrative staffs who work closely together to deliver excellent care to our patient population.

We are an active member of NGP PCN under North west London ICB. We are patient focused and committed to delivering excellent care to all our registered patients.
You will be joining
Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to our patients
Conduct face to face, telephone, and online consultations.
Manage acute and chronic conditions in line with nationaland local guidelines
Undertake home visits
Participate in care planning and health promotion forpatients with long term conditions
Issue prescriptions appropriately in accordance withpractice and NHS policy
Review test results, hospital letters and correspondencepromptly
Ensure accurate and timely clinical record keeping using systmoneclinical system
Quality & Governance
Contribute to the achievement of QoF, Enhanced Services, andother clinical targets
Participate in clinical audits, significant event analysis,and learning reviews.
Promote evidence-based practice and participate incontinuous quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain awareness of Safeguarding responsibilities for bothadults & Children
Adhere to all relevant practice and NHS policies includinginfection control, confidentiality and information governance.
Professional Development
Engage in appraisals and revalidation as required by the GMCand NHS England
Maintain continued professional development (CPD) and attendmandatory training sessions
Support teaching and mentoring or supervision of medicalstudents.
Teamwork and Collaboration
Work collaboratively with our multi-skilled team includingNurses, HCAs, Pharmacists, Pharmacy technicians, First contact physios, socialprescribers, Advanced nurse practitioners and administrative staffs.
Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, andmulti-disciplinary team (MDT) reviews.
Support colleagues during absence and contribute to apositive, supportive team culture.
Leadership and Service Development
Contribute to the development of new services andinnovations in primary care delivery.
Engage with the local PCN to support integrated care models.
Provide leadership for specific clinical areas or lead rolesas agreed with the Practice Manager and Partners.
