A social housing provider in Kidderminster is seeking an experienced Safety Compliance Advisor to manage gas, electrical, and lift safety programmes. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with legal requirements and oversee timely delivery of safety inspections. Key responsibilities include providing technical guidance, monitoring compliance data, and producing accurate reports. We are looking for an experienced Safety Compliance Advisor to join our Building Safety Compliance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about maintaining safe high‑quality homes and ensuring compliance across key building safety disciplines.
