Qualifications

• Proven experience in safeguarding child protection or public protection roles.
• Experience working with high-risk offenders or within MAPPA frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and return CTU lateral checks within five days.
• Support the delivery of the Prevent Strategy across agencies.
• Act as a point of contact for Prevent referrals.

Skills

Experience in safeguarding child protection

Knowledge of Prevent Duty Channel processes

Understanding of contextual safeguarding

Experience with high-risk offenders

Effective relationship building with multi-agency partners

Excellent communication skills

Training delivery skills

Ability to manage sensitive information

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
