Responsibilities

• Define SACM process strategy, objectives, and procedures.
• Determine scope of Configuration Items and IT assets.
• Manage Configuration Management System and CMDB.
• Monitor execution of SACM process for compliance.
• Define and improve audit processes for accuracy.
• Collaborate with other ITIL process managers.
• Coordinate resource allocation and training.
• Produce management reports and KPIs.
• Track and manage assets through their lifecycle.
