A leading law firm in Exeter is seeking a 0-2 PQE Residential Property Lawyer to join their expanding rural property team. This role offers a diverse caseload, including high-value residential conveyancing and rural property transactions. One of Exeter's modern, supportive and continuously growing law firms is looking for a 0-2 PQE Residential Property Lawyer to join their conveyancing department, working within a successful, reputable, busy and supportive team, but with a focus on rural and agricultural work.This team continues to expand and grow their reputation, but are already seen as one of the major players in the Southwest for residential property work, with an enviable reputation. The rural side of this team are also growing and it's an exciting time to join the firm. The team will consider people qualified as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, or possibly a Licensed Conveyancer.
As part of the rural property team, the role will include acting for clients in a broad range of property work including buying, selling and mortgaging all manner of rural property from manor houses, farms and woodlands to holiday letting businesses and nature reserves. There will be a varied and interesting caseload (which will include some residential conveyancing of higher value properties) with the chance to hone existing skills and learn new ones, from overage and promotion agreements to dealing with easements and sporting rights. You will be supported in your work and mentored to run your own caseload with supervision. You will pro-actively participate in department and firm-wide marketing initiatives as well as initiate, build and maintain client and referrer relationships.
