Qualifications

• Experience in team leadership within a therapeutic, rehabilitation or fitness environment.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of patient safety, environmental checks and security procedures in a high‑secure setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day running of the service.
• Lead a team of up to 3 band 5 staff, managing leave and reviews.
• Ensure accurate notes are entered in patients’ records.
• Provide comprehensive reports on patients’ achievements.
• Actively engage in patient sessions and service improvements.
