Please note: The role is hybrid with at least 3 days in the office. This may be more at times in the programme in line with service need. The specific days in may need to be flexible based on service needs (ie specific meetings/activities need staff to be on site)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager ideally with experience in HR and change management to support the delivery of the Families First in Greenwich Social Care reforms. This role requires excellent organisational skill and the ability to align project outcomes with Corporate HR processes. This role will work closely on the workforce planning and restructure processes required to deliver the Families First Programme.

The role will report in to the Families First Programme Team, line managed by the Transformation Lead.

Key Responsibilities: Project Management:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects across departments, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Develop project plans, risk assessments, and communication strategies.

• Facilitate regular project meetings, track progress, and report to senior leadership.

HR Collaboration:

• Partner with Corporate HR to support Families First Programme related activity including workforce planning, staff engagement, and change management.

• Ensure HR compliance and best practice is embedded across the work Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

• Translate complex project requirements into actionable plans.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

• Lead post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions.
