The successful candidate will lead the racing team, act as Race Director for major events, and engage with stakeholders. You’ll bring significant offshore racing experience alongside a proven track record in yacht racing events and team management. A confident leader and communicator, you’ll be comfortable managing complex logistics, tight deadlines, and diverse stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of the Racing Rules of Sailing and race management procedures is essential, as is the ability to deliver events to budget.
Desirable experience includes recognised race management qualifications, a good understanding of the IRC rating system, and experience working with international federations and governing bodies.
