Come and join us! Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust are currently recruiting for the Therapies Department, including Band 5 Physiotherapists, across two hospitals within the heart of Kent.

Our focus is to tailor advice to our individual patients' needs and build therapeutic relationships, which we believe are important to both the recovery and outcomes of the treatments that we deliver. Our treatment areas are well-equipped, and the trust offers scenario-based training rooms for staff, which facilitate a real-life training environment for clinicians to develop new skills and also maintain clinical competence.

Main duties of the job

As a rotational Band 5, you will rotate into all key areas - T&O, Respiratory, Medical Rehabilitation, Neuro/Stroke, Paediatrics and MSK and may have potential to rotate to Oncology or Urgent care once core rotations are complete.

This rotational post allows the newly qualified Physiotherapists to gain as much postgraduate experience as possible in the first two years after qualification. It allows the individual to:

Consolidate a broad range of skills.

Provide a high standard Physiotherapy Service to include: - Assessment, advice, treatment and patient management.

Covers all key areas - T&O, Respiratory, Medical Rehabilitation, Neuro/Stroke, Paediatrics and MSK. Rotations and Respiratory On-call may be at either Tunbridge Wells or Maidstone Hospital.
