MinRes is seeking a Rotable Officer to support our mining operations by ensuring the availability and efficient management of critical rotable (repairable) components.

About the Role
  • Manage end‑to‑end processes for rotable and exchange components
  • Coordinate repairs, supplier returns, and warranty/credit claims
  • Investigate back freight returns and oversee inventory of unserviceable items
  • Support maintenance operations to minimise equipment downtime
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise stock levels and expedite parts
  • Maintain compliance with Chain of Responsibility and safety standards
  • Perform warehouse tasks including forklift operation, freight handling, and packaging
About You
  • Proven experience in supply chain or inventory management within a mining or heavy industry environment
  • Strong knowledge of mobile/fixed plant components
  • Proficiency in inventory systems (Coupa, Pronto) and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
  • Forklift ticket and mechanical trade qualifications (desirable)
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
