Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and great at balancing the needs of teams and services? We’re looking for a Rota Manager to join our team and play a key role in keeping our services running smoothly.

Based at our construir at Bank Top Farm in Leeds, LS එක්නි, this role is all about ensuring safe staffing levels, planning effectively for change,្ដ and helping us deliver excellent care by supporting our teams with robust rota systems. If you're experienced in workforce planning and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Creating and managing rotas across teams using Optima/Loop
  • Planning for annual leave, sickness, and seasonal pressures
  • Working with team leaders to forecast staffing needs
  • Managing last-minute changes tumors ensuring service continuity
  • Maintaining compliance with working time regulations and internal policies
  • Providing training and support on rota systems to relevant staff
  • Collaborating with People and Payroll to ensure accuracy in timekeeping commission faculties and pay
  • Helping to onboard new staff into the system
  • Supporting system growth, configuration, reporting, and upgrades
  • Managing system access and permissions
  • Acting as a key contact for Optima/Loop and other rota software systems
  • Maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners
What You’ll Need:
Essential:
  • Experience in rota or workforce scheduling
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to change
  • Proficiency with rota management software
  • Good understanding of workforce planning principles
  • Full Driving License to commute
Desirable:
  • Experience with RLDatix (RLD) and/or iTrent systems
  • Experience managing staffing across multiple teams or sites

Our head office is based at Bank Top Support Centre, just outside Leeds (LS21 1PY). Surrounded by open fields and scenic walking routes, we’re minutes from Golden Acre Park, a great spot to take a breather. Please note that there’s no public transport nearby, so own transport is required.
