A healthcare staffing agency is seeking a highly organised Rota Coordinator to manage staff rotas and ensure consistent cover for their services in Leeds. You will respond to short-notice changes and coordinate staff availability effectively. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and experience in scheduling or logistics. This full-time position includes participation in an on-call rota, with a salary range of £26,000 to £31,000 per annum brought together to make a genuine difference in healthcare operations.

Hours: Full-time, permanent with on call duties – (Rotational basis 7am-11pm)

This isn’t just an admin role; you are the heartbeat of our operations. You will be the bridge between our dedicated staff and the clients who rely on them, ensuring that every shift is covered and every team member is supported.
You will manage staff rotas to ensure consistent cover across services, responding quickly to sickness, emergencies and last-minute changes. Working closely with care staff and managers, you will coordinate availability, manage leave and handle shift changes efficiently. You will also take part in a rotational on-call system, providing out-of-hours support when required.
