Qualifications

• Relevant maintenance qualifications in electronics or plumbing.
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance.
• Ability to interact with guests effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and appliances.
• Compile maintenance reports and ensure safety when using tools.
• Work on air conditioning units, locks, and alarm systems.

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE

• Relevant maintenance qualifications eg. Electronics, plumbing etc
• A minimum of 3 years’ maintenance experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as you may need to converse with our guests
• Physical fitness, as this is a physically demanding role

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL

• Perform maintenance and repairs on such items as electrical board distribution systems, hot and cold water systems, air conditioning units, lock systems, TV and audio equipment, Resort lifts, alarm systems etc
• Compile maintenance reports
• Safely utilise hand and power tools
