Location

Site based, working around Cumbria and Lancashire – typically working 39 hours per week – Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Roofer with experience of working on all aspects of roofing and related repairs including: Roof tile replacements, fascia/soffit and rain water goods repairs/replacements,, pointing and flat roof refelting
• Previous experience working in a live environment would be beneficial
• Working from job tickets or a handheld device daily
• Working in co-operation with other trades/occupations as well as the site or contract team, whilst managing own time effectively
• Following a recent Contract win we are looking to recruit a Responsive Repairs Roofer to work on Tenanted Social Housing properties
• As a skilled Roofer you already have the knowledge and experience you need to be excellent at your trade and understand the positive impact you can have on your customers and Clients

• This role will require a DBS check, ideally you will possess a Roofing qualification, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service.
