Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve faults in various equipment.
• Support installation and testing of new systems.
• Provide breakdown assistance remotely and on-site.
• Participate in internal training sessions.
• Take part in the 24-hour support hotline.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
