Overview

Roadside Technician / Breakdown Technician / Mobile Technician / Mobile Mechanic required to cover Glasgow and surrounding areas.

Are you a qualified mechanic, roadside technician, or vehicle technician looking for your next move? Whether you call yourself a roadside mechanic, mobile mechanic, or simply a hands-on problem solver — this role gives you variety, independence, and the satisfaction of helping drivers get safely back on the road.

What the job looks like

You'll be part of a national roadside assistance team that's known for delivering first-class service. With your fully equipped van (which you\'ll start and finish your day from), you\'ll have everything you need to handle breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs at the roadside. When a repair isn\'t possible, you\'ll arrange recovery so that the driver can keep moving.

Every day is different — one minute you\'ll be using your technical expertise and diagnostic equipment to fix a vehicle on the spot, the next you\'ll be helping a family get their car safely recovered. The common thread? You\'ll be the expert who takes ownership of the situation and makes the right call to get people moving again.

What\'s on offer

• Salary: Up to £45,000 per year
• OTE: Up to £60,000 per annum
• Location: Based from home
• Company Vehicle provided

What we\'re looking for

• Experienced Vehicle Technician / Roadside Mechanic / Roadside Technician / Mobile Mechanic
• Confident with diagnostics, fault finding, and repair
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence

Qualifications

• Manufacturer apprenticeship or City & Guilds, NVQ, B-Tech diploma qualification
