• Experience working with people who present with challenging behaviors.
• Understanding of safeguarding processes.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of individuals with complex needs.
• Conduct assessments for new business.
• Liaise with families and communicate effectively within the team.

Skills

Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience

Excellent communication skills

Excellent IT skills

Knowledge of Mental Health Act

Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team

Experience with crisis support

Education

Current NMC registration

Educated to degree level or relevant experience
