Are you ready to step into a role where you can really make a difference to the lives of children?

We’re thrilled to announce a rare opening for Nurses at The Lighthouse in Lancashire. The Lighthouse is a 4 bedded child and adolescent mental health unit based in Darwen, Lancashire. The service is an independent hospital delivered by Associated Wellbeing. The service aims to provide step-down from child and adolescent mental health inpatient units. The Lighthouse is in a privileged position to have its own inhouse multi-disciplinary team made up of Nurses, Clinical Psychologist, Consultant Psychiatrist and Registered Social Worker. What we want from you
  • You must be a qualified Nurse.
  • You must have previous experience in working with children and young people, ideally in a residential or inpatient setting. We are also happy to hear from LD nurses.
  • A passion for working with children and young people, and working collaboratively to improve their lives.
  • To be a team player, as working successfully as part of a team is important to the success of this role.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care, professionalism and ethical conduct.
