Job summary

A leading energy company in Blantyre is seeking a Risk Management professional to support infrastructure projects and ensure risk is managed effectively. You will contribute to planning, compliance, data analysis, and reporting in a team focused on sustainability and inclusion. A degree in a related field and strong analytical skills are required. Help manage the risks that keep the lights on

Join our Risk Management team and play a key role in making sure our energy projects are delivered safely on time, and within budget. You’ll work on real infrastructure projects and learn how risk is identified, assessed, and managed across the electricity network.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support project risk planning and mitigation for major infrastructure upgrades
  • Help ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations
  • Analyse data to inform investment decisions and asset planning
  • Create and maintain risk registers, dashboards, and reports
  • Join site visits and observe how risk controls are applied in real-world settings
