A leading investment management firm in Oxford is looking for a Risk Manager to join their Compliance team. In this role, you will embed a robust risk management framework, oversee risk reporting, and support the senior management team. Candidates should have proven experience in risk management, strong FCA regulation knowledge, and relevant qualifications. This is an office-based position that provides a collaborative environment with exposure to senior leaders.
Are you an experienced Risk professional looking for a new challenge in wealth and investment management? Our client, a highly regarded investment management business in Oxford, is looking for a Risk Manager to join their Compliance team and play a central role in shaping and strengthening the firm’s risk framework.
As Risk Manager, you’ll be responsible for embedding and maintaining a robust, enterprise-wide risk management framework. You’ll act as an independent voice, supporting senior management and the Board with oversight, challenge, and insight to ensure the business operates within its risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
This is a hands-on role, where you’ll take ownership of risk reporting, oversee the ICARA process, and help build a strong risk culture across the organisation. You’ll engage with colleagues at every level of the business, as well as external stakeholders such as auditors, consultants, and the FCA.
