In this role, you will support global offices and assist with client onboarding and regulatory standards compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of compliance experience in a law firm and will earn up to £45,000 with excellent benefits. The position offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

  • Working hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm (Monday-Friday)
  • Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote
  • Location: Fantastic offices in a prime location

You will be a key team member, supporting global offices on risk, regulatory compliance, and conflicts.

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and matters, ensuring details comply with regulatory standards and firm policies
  • Conduct client due diligence, review KYC documentation, and perform AML and sanctions searches, escalating issues to the MLRO as needed
  • Help maintain consistent application of engagement terms, reviewing and advising on client-imposed terms
  • Assess changes to clients that may impact risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare compliance reports and monitor client and matter inception statuses using spreadsheets
  • Participate in research and projects to improve processes and policies
  • Assist Risk Lawyers with annual internal file audits

Skills & Requirements:
