Key Requirements

• Technical qualification (degree or diploma preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of Revit MEP experience.
• Preferable experience with Navisworks, COBie data, and ISO 19650.
• Must reside locally with own transport and valid driver’s license.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability.
• Right to work in the UK.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design engineers to develop Revit MEP models.
• Produce 2D design drawings in line with RIBA Work Stages 1-5.
• Coordinate MEP services with building structures.
• Implement ventilation, heating, cooling, drainage, and electrical systems.
• Manage drawing files and document control.
• Maintain company Revit and CAD standards.
• Work with Revit schedules and Dynamo scripts.
• Training provided as needed.
