Overview

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading engineering consultancy, in a contract position, outside IR35. The successful candidate will be working on a Hybrid basis, from our client's Manchester office, and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of extensive healthcare projects, at stages 4-5.

Note: Compensation and hybrid arrangement details are provided below.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage coordinated MEP models for a variety of healthcare projects using Revit and Navisworks software.
• Collaborate with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs with complete accuracy.
• Support project delivery from early design through to construction.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design issues.
• Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualification in building services, BIM, and/or engineering is desirable.
• Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or similar role, with experience of working on healthcare projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP, and an understanding of BIM standards and clash detection tools, such as Navisworks.
• Solid understanding of MEP systems and site workflows.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills, with an attention to detail and organisation.
