What we’re looking for

The core mission of the RevOps Specialist is to serve as a pivotal force in aligning the strategic and operational functions across our global commercial teams. The role is instrumental in driving and forecasting, predictable and sustainable growth across Venatus. This will be achieved through continuous improvement of our CRM, HubSpot, and utilising it for optimisation of processes, reporting, and data integration.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and strategic growth initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop effective solutions to drive business outcomes.

Your expertise in revenue management and sales enablement will be crucial in shaping our GTM Strategies and optimising systems will be essential in ensuring scalability and effectiveness of our Global Operations.

What you’ll do
Commercial Analysis and Insights
  • Analyse CRM outputs to support global teams to identify trends, revenue growth opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
  • Maintain and optimise global rate cards using market insights, performance data and competitive analysis to maximise revenue and margin, in collaboration with Sales leaders, ensuring pricing governance and cross market alignment.
  • Work closely with Data & Insight team, Sales, and FP&A to produce business intelligence insights from Hubspot data
  • Continuously improve and manage all HubSpot activities, reporting this to management and relevant stakeholders.
System Management & Data Integrity:
  • Manage and administer HubSpot across all objects, pipelines, dashboards, workflows, and automations.
  • Maintain pipeline health and scoring frameworks in HubSpot across all teams, and ensure documentation syncs accurately.
  • Support integrations between HubSpot and connected platforms (e.g. Prosper, Netsuite, etc)
  • Manage our third party agency responsible for HubSpot maintenance, providing business context and acting as the main liaison point.
  • Provide training, support, and best practices to increase HubSpot adoption and data quality globally.
Process Optimisation & Strategy:
  • Design, document, and implement scalable processes that support GTM efficiency across teams.
  • Optimise approval processes and workflows by increasing data accuracy, identifying operational bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.
  • Manage RFP / RFI ticketing and PCA / BLS tracking
Data & Reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into revenue and performance to drive forecasting accuracy.
  • Own data governance policies within HubSpot to ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant data management.
