We are seeking a Retoucher to join our team and produce stunning, brand-consistent visuals for our online platforms. If you have a solid foundation in traditional retouching techniques and a keen interest in leveraging the latest AI tools to push creative boundaries and optimise workflows, we want to hear from you.
As a Retoucher, you\'ll be responsible for the end-to-end retouching process, from initial color correction and grading to complex image manipulation and final quality control. A crucial part of your role will be your expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and your ability to accurately color-match against physical and digital swatches.
You will play an important part in our creative process, collaborating closely with Photographers, Art Directors, and Stylists to understand project requirements and suggest the best methods for optimal image capture. You\'ll also be proactive in identifying and implementing new technologies, particularly AI-powered tools, to improve efficiency and enhance the quality of our visual content.
