The Role

This is a pivotal role at the intersection of retention and growth. You’ll oversee the ideation, planning, and execution of Healf’s customer retention strategy across CRM, subscriptions, app, and customer experience.

At the same time, you’ll drive the growth of our newest product, Healf Zone, testing and scaling acquisition loops, referral programs, and product‑led growth tactics.

At first, you’ll wear multiple hats across CRM, growth marketing, and product. As the business grows, there’s a clear (and fast) path to build a specialist team around you and evolve into a senior leadership role within a multi‑billion‑pound health‑tech business.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

CRM & Retention

  • Take ownership of CRM – a channel already driving significant revenue.
  • Audit current set‑up and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
  • Launch ~5 weekly campaigns/flows with our designers and copywriters to educate, convert, and retain customers.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics, turning data into actionable insights.

App & Subscriptions

  • Shape the development of our app into a world‑class retention tool, working closely with product and design.
  • Build strategies to grow subscription revenue, reduce churn, and increase LTV.

Healf Zone Growth

  • Own and scale Healf Zone: drive acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals from early launch to mass adoption.
  • Run rapid, high‑velocity growth experiments across product, marketing, and funnels.
  • Optimise customer journeys from onboarding to long‑term membership engagement.

Customer Experience

  • Identify opportunities to elevate the end‑to‑end customer journey, boosting satisfaction and LTV.
  • Drive an aligned omni‑channel experience that makes Healf’s retention efforts seamless and customer‑centric.
What You’ll Bring
  • Track record in high growth: You have 3‑6+ years of experience, whether scaling retention/product/growth in a fast‑growing consumer business, or coming from top‑tier consulting with strong consumer exposure and now ready to own outcomes end‑to‑end.
  • Sharp analytical ability: You turn complex data into clear insights and decisive action.
  • Fluency in retention and growth: From CRM, subscriptions, and lifecycle marketing to acquisition loops, funnels, and product‑led growth tactics.
  • Creative, customer‑obsessed thinking: Pairing empathy for the customer with commercial instincts and brand understanding.
