A leading retail organization is seeking a Customer Team Leader to provide exceptional service and lead a dedicated team. You will develop team capabilities, ensure store operations, and maintain community relations. Customer Team Leader – Location: Beacon Lough Road, Gateshead, NE9 6TA. Pay: £13.99 per hour. Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time. Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Full, paid training provided.
