What you’ll do

Retail Supervisor in Farnborough, 30 hours per week. At Toolstation, we’re not just interested in what you can bring to us today. We’re also interested in developing your talents so you can grow with our business and become one of our leaders of tomorrow.

Day‑to‑day
  • Supporting – stand in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team, coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
  • Mucking in – check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
  • Delivering great service – provide a great customer experience with a smile on your face, no matter how busy you are, and coach the team to do the same.
  • Asking questions and building relationships – make sure our customers leave the branch with everything that they need for the job.
  • Building a fun working environment – maintain our great product availability and high branch standards, while making sure that your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
