Job summary

One Stop is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to join our team in Hinckley and Bosworth. You will run duty shifts, coordinate a team, and ensure a clean, well-presented store that meets customers’ needs. You will also drive safe, efficient operations and model excellent customer service on the shop floor.

You’ll coach colleagues, monitor store performance, and act as the store’s keyholder to support safety, timely decision-making, and a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused leader with ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a retail setting.
• Ability to balance service and replenishment priorities while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team to deliver the easiest shopping trip in the community.
• Open/close the store and complete duty cover with safety and customer needs in mind.
• Be the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager.
