Job summary

One Stop is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to join our store team. You will oversee daily duties, coach colleagues, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment. You will drive service improvements, manage opening and closing tasks, and act as the store’s keyholder when required.

You will coordinate colleagues, prioritise replenishment, and maintain presentation standards while upholding health and safety protocols and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team to deliver smooth store operations across shifts.
• Open/close the store and manage duty cover with safety and customer focus.
• Be the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support events and community activities coordinated by the store.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and well presented at all times.
• Prioritise replenishment of customer-relevant products and display accuracy.
• Ensure POS and shelf edge labels reflect correct pricing and offers.
• Address customer questions and resolve issues promptly to leave customers satisfied.
• Manage queues and staffing to meet daily priorities and break schedules.
