Job summary

One Stop is seeking a Shift Leader to manage daily store operations and lead a small team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach colleagues, ensure excellent service, and uphold safety standards across shifts.

With accountability for opening/closing, duty cover, and acting as a keyholder, you will drive store performance while delivering a welcoming shopper experience and a clean, well-presented store.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to coach others.
• Proven ability to coordinate a team and deliver operational tasks.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures in-store.

Responsibilities

• Run duty shifts, coordinate a team to deliver a clean, well-presented store.
• Open/close the store and manage duty cover while prioritising customer safety.
• Be the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support the Store Manager with seasonal, community, and charity events.
• Act as a Keyholder and respond to alarms and security needs.
