Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, seeks a Shift Leader to run daily store duties in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coordinate a team to ensure a clean, well-presented store and deliver outstanding service that puts the customer first.

You will coach colleagues on the job, monitor store performance, and take hands-on action to improve operations while safeguarding a safe shopping and working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is essential.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team during duty shifts.
• Deliver excellent customer service and coach colleagues on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and manage duty cover with customer safety in mind.
• Coordinate team to deliver a clean, fully stocked store and great customer experience.
• Act as the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support events and maintain health and safety routines on site.
• Balance service and replenishment while keeping customers happy.
