A renowned hospitality company in Chichester is seeking a Retail Service Assistant to provide exceptional customer service at The Kennels Shop and Academy. You will create memorable experiences and ensure high standards are maintained. Ideal candidates are proactive multitaskers with excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude. Previous experience in customer service is essential, and knowledge of golf is a plus. This full-time role requires dedication to delivering exceptional journeys for guests.

As our Retail Service Assistant you will be the welcoming face of The Kennels Shop and also at our Academy. Within this exciting role you will be providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, whilst ensuring Goodwood’s high standards are adhered to on a daily basis.
You’ll be an integral part of our team which prides itself on, providing memorable experiences, achieving Goodwood’s high standards, all within a progressive, fast paced, fun and inspiring team environment.
The ability to multitask and be proactive are a must within this role. You will be responsible for enabling our members and their guests to have an exceptional customer journey, whether they are checking in for an experience or you are serving them in our well stocked Retail Shop. You will effectively deal with all customer queries with a can ‘do attitude.
