Job Title : CEX Retail Sales Assistant (Middlesbrough Captain Cook Square)

Reality Enterprise Ltd T / A CEX is a market-leading technology retailer specializing in buying selling and exchanging a range of technology and entertainment products. We are currently seeking a Part-time Retail Sales Assistant for our Middlesbrough Store . The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Assisting customers with their purchases including providing advice on products and pricing information.
  • Handling cash transactions managing payment transactions and ensuring till accuracy.
  • Processing customer orders ensuring they are delivered and dispatched on time.
  • Maintaining the stores visual merchandising standards to ensure it is always clean and tidy.
  • Assisting with stock management and inventory control.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment would be highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with strong numeracy skills.
  • Good verbal communication skills are essential along with a proactive and outgoing attitude.
  • A keen interest in technology and an awareness of current trends in the market.
  • Flexibility with working hours as shifts and weekend work will be required.
