Select are recruiting for an exciting opportunity at an established independent jewellery retailer in Norwich. This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a specialist retail environment, has jewellery experience and understands what makes independent businesses different.

You'll be joining a talented team in a thriving independentbusiness. Working five days a week which will include some Saturday cover, you'll be a key part of their sales operation. You'll manage customer relationships, handle bespoke orders, process commissions, and ensure every customer feels valued and understood. You'll also manage your own admin—keeping your own records tidy and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

WhatMy Client Is Looking For

Above all,they need someone with genuine independent jewellery retail experience. You've worked for independents before, not high street chains, and you understand the difference. You're a natural salesperson with a proven track record of closing deals and building customer loyalty. Your personality is warm and engaging—customers want to spend time talking to you.

You're organised and capable of managing your own paperwork and records—bespoke orders require precision, and they need someone who can keep themselves on top of that while delivering great sales.

You're bright, enthusiastic, and genuinely interested in jewellery and what my client does.

Desirable Experience

Gold buying knowledge is a real bonus. Social media experience—particularly TikTok—is desirable but not essential;they have a strong social presence and would love someone who could helpthem develop that further.

The Level

My client isflexible on the level. Whether you're a Store Assistant, experienced associate, or Store Manager, we're interested in talking to you if you have the right experience and attitude.
