Job Purpose: Protect customer property, people, and assets by following site instructions and procedures. Meet or exceed service expectations to help maintain the contract. Continue developing skills through regular training.

Responsibilities
  • Operations
    • Follow company policies and UK laws.
    • Carry out tasks as outlined in the site's Assignment Instructions.
    • Keep up to date with changes to these instructions and suggest improvements.
    • Maintain correct and valid licences (Security Guarding/Door Supervision and CCTV).
    • Stick to safety standards and follow instructions.
    • Work in an organised and methodical way.
  • Training & Development
    • Complete all required training.
    • Take extra courses to grow professionally.
    • Use technology to support your job.
    • Renew licences 16 weeks before they expire.
  • Security & Health & Safety
    • Spot and report any hazards.
    • Stay aware of risks or threats at work and act to prevent issues.
    • Use good judgement and call for help if needed.
    • Stay calm and professional in tough situations.
    • Write clear notes after any incident for reporting.
    • Stick to your schedule and remain committed.
    • Make check-in calls at assigned times.
    • Report incidents to emergency services and the communication centre.
