Are you a friendly, confident, and well-presented individual who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our luxury British country pursuit retailer, playing a key role as part of the store’s welcoming face.

About the Role

As Receptionist, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, combining warm hospitality with sales support. This busy and varied role involves greeting visitors, operating the till, handling “Click & Collect” orders and alterations, and selling accessories in the reception area.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
  • Maintain a smart and polished appearance
  • Operate the till accurately
  • Manage “Click & Collect” and alterations handover
  • Liaise with the tailor regarding garment alterations
  • Promote and sell accessories displayed at reception
  • Keep the reception area tidy, well-stocked, and inviting
  • Direct visitors attending meetings with back-of-house staff
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining an attractive workspace
  • Basic cash handling and till operation experience
  • Ability to work well as part of a team with support from a Reception Supervisor
