Join a multi-award-winning immersive Christmas experience set in the heart of Ascot. Now in its seventeenth year, this large-scale seasonal event welcomes thousands of families each year, combining world-class production design, storytelling, and performance to create unforgettable memories for guests of all ages.

This year's production is expanding once again, and we are now seeking experienced Retail Managers to oversee retail operations within the event's beautifully themed stores.

The Role

Retail Manager

As a Retail Manager, you will lead a team of retail assistants, ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout the stores. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and uphold brand and service standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer service


• Managing day-to-day retail operations and achieving sales targets


• Overseeing tills, transactions, and cash handling (EposNow system)


• Supervising stock levels, replenishment, and merchandising


• Maintaining store presentation, organisation, and compliance


• Ensuring health, safety, and security standards are met


• Supporting training and onboarding of seasonal staff

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has proven retail management or supervisory experience


• Is confident leading and inspiring a team


• Delivers high levels of customer service in a busy environment


• Is organised, proactive, and dependable


• Can work flexibly, including weekends and evenings during the festive period
