A community-focused charity in Northampton seeks a Retail Customer Service Assistant for their Online shop operations. The role requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail, alongside responsibilities like managing customer inquiries and supporting retail operations. Ideal candidates will have previous retail experience and the capacity to engage with customers confidently. The position offers a hybrid work model and a variety of employee benefits.

Hybrid/Northampton • 25 hours per week over 5 days • £15916.66 pa plus reward and benefit scheme

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Retail Operations team, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader. You will be responsible for the day to day customer liaison of the Online shop operation, providing our ecommerce customers with excellent customer service to enable Sue Ryder to provide more care for more people.

You will need excellent customer service skills preferably within an online/retail environment, with some knowledge of ecommerce. You will have the ability to communicate and engage confidently with customers and colleagues across Sue Ryder. The successful applicant will have excellent organisational skills, with great attention to detail and the flexibility to achieve deadlines.
