Job Overview

The Retail Assistant has the opportunity to make a real difference supporting the shop manager in the success of our retail business by maximising & analysing sales figures to make profit in line with company policy.

Responsibilities

To deputise for the Shop Manager & Assistant shop manager in their absence. To contribute to planning, creative thinking and developing relationships with customers and other community contacts; always looking for opportunities to attract new supporters every day and to increase the profile of Shaw Trust.

Monday‑Sunday flexible available.
