Do you have demonstrable experience of preparing complex and large project budgets?

Do you have demonstrable project management experience and/or a project management qualification? If yes, we would like to hear from you.

The Role:

As Restricted Contract Risk Manager, you will support contract management and assurance on high-risk restricted contracts where Oxfam GB is a Partner Affiliate. You will work with staff at various levels to provide technical guidance on contract risk management, including donor compliance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution. Some travel to country offices may be required. Candidates with country or regional experience are encouraged to apply.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in grant and contract management for large international organizations or donors
• Experience in preparing complex budgets, business analysis, and donor reports
• Ability to influence, facilitate, and work proactively without direct authority
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in capacity building and supporting colleagues
• Experience working in country or regional offices (preferred)
• Knowledge of Arabic, French, or other Oxfam languages is a plus
