  • The Terraces – fire‑cooked dishes served for lunch and dinner
  • Tasi – sea‑view breakfasts and relaxed Mediterranean lunches
  • Mikro Nisi – our modern Greek fish taverna on the coast
  • The Deli Kitchen – an evolving concept offering fresh, ready‑to‑eat dishes, bakery items, salads and grab‑and‑go options

We also host a lively programme of events in The Courtyard — including family feasts, food festival nights, guest chef dinners and private celebrations - all of which require excellent service, coordination and attention to detail.

  • Respond to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
  • Provide menu and wine recommendations with strong product knowledge.
  • Understand and manage dietary requirements and allergy considerations.
  • Support other restaurants and F&B outlets when required.
  • Uphold cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards across all service areas.

  • Build warm, friendly relationships with guests and confidently talk about the club.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support smooth club operations.
