Job summary

Five Guys is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts on the dining floor and drive the guest experience. You will work closely with the General Manager to deliver profitable store results and create an engaging, high-energy environment for the team and customers.

You will manage tasks on shift, coaching and developing staff, while ensuring food safety and quality, hygiene standards and a positive customer experience across all interactions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Track record of driving customer satisfaction and guest experience.
• Experience helping manage P&L, costs and inventory to hit targets.
• Solid knowledge of Food Safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop shift teams, ensuring high energy and excellent service.
• Support the General Manager in delivering store results and a top-tier guest experience.
• Own shift execution, manage rosters, costs and stock while following company values.
• Drive sales opportunities and cultivate a strong talent pipeline.
