Ideal candidates have 1+ year of management experience in fast-paced hospitality, with strong leadership and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in high-volume hospitality or QSR.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and positive reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on the dining floor and on the line.
• Support GM in delivering burgers and fries to a great guest experience.
• Create a positive team environment aligned with company values.
