Job summary

Five Guys is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, work on the dining area, and support the General Manager in delivering excellent burgers and fries with a high-energy team. You will manage guest experience, coach staff, and help drive store profitability.

You’ll develop people, maintain health and safety standards, and contribute to a positive, fun work environment while upholding Five Guys values across daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Obsessed with guest experience and able to prove impact with metrics.
• Experience assisting with P&L, labour costs and inventory/waste control.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts as Deputy General Manager or General Manager, ensuring smooth operations and店 delivering the Five Guys experience.
• Drive store results, manage costs and profitability, and coach the team to maintain high standards.
• Develop people, identify talent, and build a strong succession pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and hygiene standards.
