Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to support the General and Assistant Managers in delivering the Five Guys standard across a busy restaurant. You’ll lead the team on the shop floor, foster a positive work environment, and ensure exceptional guest experiences from order to service.

With 1+ year of management in hospitality, you’ll coach crew, manage breaks, and help run a smoothly, profit-focused shift while upholding food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in high-volume hospitality.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and Mystery Shopper results.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on the shop floor and on the line.
• Support General Manager to ensure shifts run to Five Guys standards.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Create a positive working environment and coach the team.
