  • Commercially sharp: confident with budgets, costs, and targets.
  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak trading.

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front: set service standards and create unforgettable guest moments.
  • Build & coach a high-performing FOH team.
  • Run the floor & the numbers: rota, stock suppliers, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Grow sales through sharp execution, smart planning, and local marketing.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to create a place people love to work.
