As Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our Restaurant and Bar. This position demands a dynamic leader who can balance strategic planning with hands‑on management, driving both exceptional customer experiences and strong business performance. From overseeing hospitality sales and profitability to coordinating menus and marketing initiatives, you will be at the heart of our operations. Your ability to lead and motivate a team, maintain high standards of quality and compliance, and respond proactively to customer needs will be key to creating a vibrant and welcoming environment. Flexibility and passion for hospitality are essential, as you’ll be working in a fast‑paced setting where excellence is celebrated every day.

About the role
  • Drive performance by managing budgets, analysing sales trends, and ensuring profitability through effective cost control. Prepare and present regular reports on financial performance, staffing, food control, and operational efficiency to senior management.
  • Lead and develop the team by recruiting, training, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service. Implement staff development plans and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee daily operations by coordinating kitchen, bar, and front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless service. Maintain rigorous standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety compliance at all times.
  • Plan and execute marketing and menu strategies, working closely with the head chef to design seasonal menus and organise promotional events and offers that drive customer engagement and revenue.
  • Ensure outstanding customer experience, handling queries, reservations, and complaints with professionalism. Provide expert advice on menu and wine choices, showcasing the best service to all our guests.
  • Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
Is this you?
  • Have you done something like this before?
  • You will ideally have a successful high‑end bar and restaurant background with proven experience supervising teams.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the food and beverage industry, especially cocktails (mixologist is a plus).
  • Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
  • Passion for beverage and keeping up to date with latest wines and liquors.
