A leading contract catering company in Greater London seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee service standards and team performance. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in catering or hospitality management, focusing on achieving client satisfaction and managing costs. You will lead a team of 7, implementing best practices to ensure a high-quality dining experience. Monday to Friday, working hours between 8am - 16.30pm (closed on weekends and bank holidays)
Team of 7 people
Ideally you will have 2-3 years of experience working in contract catering or hospitality, managing a team to achieve targets and client satisfaction. You will be skilled and knowledgeable about food production, service and managing cost controls. You may already hold a Hospitality Diploma/NVQ equivalent with Food Safety at Level 3 and Health & Safety at Level 2, or equivalent.
